Features of Storm Cases
Storm Cases are built to withstand impact, temperature, moisture and rough transit. From the development of a tough HPX® resin material to specific user-friendly innovations like stacking ribs for no-slip stacking; anti-shear teeth to keep lids from shifting during impact; and uniquely designed hinges with feet to allow sturdy upright standing - every detail of a Storm Case is the result of meticulous foresight and testing.
Changes in environment and altitude are even accommodated with a unique, built-in Vortex® valve that blocks water or dust while automatically adjusting air pressure. And because it's permanently attached, the Vortex® valve won't come unscrewed and disappear like the valves on other cases.
Whether packed in multilayer cubed, custom-cut foam or stored amid optional padded dividers, everything inside a Storm Case is cushioned from movement and damage. You can even add the security of your own padlock, thanks to molded-in hasps.
Beyond inner protection, the Storm Case also boasts a plethora of user-friendly outside features:
- Double-layered, soft-grip handles combine uncompromising strength with lasting comfort.
- Ultra-durable Press & Pull latches open smoothly yet hold fast under impact.
- Storm Trak series cases even add the advantage of rugged in-line wheels and a telescoping handle.
No other case combines as many handling benefits with the security and protective power of a Storm.
Press & Pull latches hold fast even under duress, yet open effortlessly.
Permanently attached Vortex® valve automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water.
Add the security of your own padlock to unbreakable, molded-in hasps.
The unique hinges with feet hold fast under impact and create a flat surface for upright stability.
