Registration
Once you have purchased and received your Sam-trak, you need to register your labels to activate them.
You can register in one of two ways:
Use the registration card that came with the Sam-trak pack
or
Go to sam-trak.com and select 'Register labels'.
Renewal
Your sam-trak subscription is for one year. You will be notified towards the end of your first year subscription to enable you to extend your service. To renew your subscription, log in to your account.
Updating your details
You can update your online travel itinerary and personal details at sam-trak.com every time you travel.
